Our Delivery Commitment

Enjoy complimentary delivery across the UK mainland on all orders exceeding £125. For orders under £125, a delivery fee of £25 applies. We prioritize your satisfaction, so our dedicated Deluxe Interiors delivery team—rather than third-party couriers—will carefully handle and deliver your products directly to your property according to your specifications.
Our website provides real-time stock updates, ensuring you’re never caught off guard by unexpected delivery delays. For orders over £125, free delivery is assured within 3-12 working days of your purchase.
Please note that all deliveries must be made to the address linked to the payment card used for the order.

Modifying Your Order

If you need to adjust your order after placing it, please reach out to us before your products are dispatched.

Returning Products

If you wish to return your items, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the goods require collection, we will arrange to collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, a collection fee may apply if you’re returning products that are neither faulty nor damaged. Your refund will be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for collection.
Our delivery team handles your products with care. Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the product to ensure your satisfaction before making any alterations (such as drilling or fixing to a structure). Once altered, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, we will resolve the issue. Contact us, and let us know if you would like a replacement or a full refund.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order as long as your products haven’t been dispatched. Contact us for a full refund. If your products have already been dispatched, please follow our returns process below.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods or service. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made-to-measure, custom-made, tailored to your specifications, or clearly personalized. Further details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Refunds

We will process your refund within seven working days of receiving your returned items. Please be aware that refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
